IPX Server
Pr0 m0d: Version T.B.C. with ADA (HP is it possible to have the promod configs but play campaign mode – ADA Request)
Password: normal password (check in irc if your having trouble)
ALL: Due to the request for a Sunday Practice Session prior to our MAD-Blue Match-up Sha8doW has made contact ADA whom have indicated their intentions to play. ADA has a preference for Sunday at 7pm and Sha8doW recommended the Team IPX server. Please pre-register your intentions to play, More the merrier. (We will sort player numbers out in the mix, depending on the Tuesday team and ADA numbers).
HP & IPX: Is it possible to loadup the current ladder configs (ie ProMod) but still play Campaign mode? ADA have made a specific request to play Campaign!
ADA: Please leave a comment on this page registering your attendance, an IPX member will amend/update the roster ASAP. As above the more the merrier, but we would like a minimum of 6 please.

I suggest we leave the server running on version 0.6a as apparently that will be used until the ladder finishes this season.
Also I’ve set the server back to ProMod, rather than Wheels Of War. It has the GA ladder config loaded and I’ve initalised it to Campaign mode – that will last as long as it does but if it is changed you can just vote it back.

Campaign mode?
It’d be nice to practice the map we have a match on (Ark), and that’s not easy to do properly in campaign mode.
Any chance we could play a round of stopwatch on Ark (i.e. one attack each) and then move on to a campaign if ADA want that?

I hit the pubs for a little while after… and counted at least 4 ADA players not involved in the tW match…
So did I...
None responded to our questions “where are you?”

yeah exactly, dont paint us with the same brush…
But people like that DON’T belong in the PS… they belong in the private sector… where they can be bullied, berated, payed menial wages for exsuberated hours, not get penalty loadings and fired for their incompetence at the 1st sign!
We need to stop rewarding the weak by letting them in and promoting them to get rid of them cause we cant fire them… Because the upper levels have all been promoted to the level of their incompetence and lack the leadership skills, balls and ability to performance manage poor performing employees!
Let the skills shortage suck them all to the private sector so we don’t have to deal with them! the recession will come about (woe betide) and then the useless will all be on the streets and actually earn a wage.
I think I am one of the few public servants who still retain their private sector gusto! my favorite saying at the moment is “awww whats wrong? those 30 minute coffee breaks and 1500 smoke’o‘s making you too busy to turn up to my meeting? Me thinks you need a FLEX DAY!, Dont worry, ill speak to your supervisor”
I don’t care if you cant work etc… I just hate those who get payed too much for not doing anything worthwhile and still complain about how busy they are.
