As for the starting time, I think what Fuzz said is fair; when on the opponent’s server, start at the time as the opponent wants.
As for the date, we are waiting for you to decide.

I just received an IM from tak81 in ETQW. He is suggesting 9PM Saturday 15th (this Saturday). Shad, reckon you can manage this?

Have spoken to tak81 tonight in the absence of our bedridden captain for this scrim and have come up with the following.
We now have a tentative date – to be confirmed by tak81 tomorrow.
Tentatively Round 1 Friday 21st March
10pm AEDST on Japan Server, Round 2 Saturday 22nd March9pm AEDST on Aus server.Best of 3 rounds like GA, but different maps each round. IPX pick the maps for round 1, #S’ pick the maps for round 2. We picked Sat and Sun due to the late starting times which were required due to the time difference and that’s the earliest they can get online.
Will confirm these details tomorrow and update the table above.

About the Date
At least 6members can join next week. As for the week after next, we seem to have some problems.
Our leader will not be able to participate and one or more other members might not make it, either.
We get pretty busy at the end of the fiscal year…
So we’d rather have it next week.
Also, after April, I will be busy until May, so regretfully, I won’t be able to discuss it with you.

We’re 0 chance for the Easter weekend sorry. Given you guys are going to struggle to make it after that, now we have sorted our challenges for this week – we have 5 available for a prac on Saturday night (possibly more).
How does Saturday 15th (tomorrow) at 10pm sound? I know short notice, but we have already got 5 confirmed from HP’s organisation of possible challenges this week. I’ll udpate this page too to see if anyone else from our team can play. Let me know if this works for you.

Ping
tak81 just let me have a trial run in #S’ server to check out what the ping would be like. I got between 290 and 310, no spikes above or below. It will be a challenge, but remember the idea is in this game we will have high pings, in the return leg they will. So lets not waste time complaining about high pings. It will all even out.

Change of status
Sorry guys, I had to change my yes to a maybe.
My mum is flying down from Queensland and I may have to pick her up tonight from a friends house. Hopefully I can be back in time, however, I dont want to say yes and then end up leaving you guys short a player. If I can make it back I will certainly join but obviously I cant leave my mum strandard in the city.
